Only yesterday I decided that a seedbox was must when moving onto PRIVATE trackers.

I took the plunge and went for a Bat Box from seedboxes cc. ..Although very happy with the speed it is clearly not going to fulfill my needs in other areas.

In only two days I have used over half my disc space and 1/5th of my upload quota.

Currently considering the Vampire Box but thought I would seek some advice from some far more experienced peeps first.

seedboxes.cc rocks man...

imo 3TB per month is enought traffic for a normal user. Anything more than 3TB is considered as ratio whoring

I have done the same in the past (uploading 20TB per month) and trust me, it doesn't worth it...

Just try to maintain a positive ratio on your trackers, make a couple of TB buffer (just in case you ever need it) and that's it

On the other hand, if you can afford a bigger plan, why not?

haha am I really a whore ..thanks for ur reply m8 and I do agree, although very little time with them (seedboxes cc) they do rock.

Really can't complain about the speed or service at seedboxes.cc but if you want the space (as i did), go for a dedicated server with someone like Hetzner!

I've 5TB usable space for €40 / month on a seriously beefy machine! It took about 3 hours to setup from scratch and I'm no Linux master so it was time well spent tbh...

i just got a seedbox for the first time and i'm super happy with dediseedbox.com

I found a code on the net and got 750 GB storage, unlimited with 1 GB connection speed for $15 (normally $20)

Why man, why do you think, that it doesn't worth to upload 20TB instead of 3TB?

@gergo it depends what's your endgame. Are you a ratio whore or just upload what's needed to allow you a 1:1 ratio to download the content you need?
It all comes down to personal preferences. In my home setup i only need 720p TV Shows and these are the only things i download daily. Due to this, 3TB from seedboxes.cc Bat Box are more than enough to get my ratio up in my TV Trackers.

I have uploaded 20 TB in the past and i felt like an idiot when i realized that i wasted A LOT of time to create a buffer i will NEVER use.

It all depends also how much you want to download. It can get you in ratio warning. Thats why I love unlimited upload seedbox companies. Pulsedmedia has them at 1gbps up/down connection also feralhosting has them at 20gps up/down. I used them for a long time till i decided to run my own dedicated boxes... But those 2 are really the best ones out there.
