Hey ! Last few days while browsing the internet it came to my attention a seedboxes providing company called CUtorrent ( CUtorrent Professional Secure Seedboxes for Business and Personal use )
In short they claim to be WORLDS best seedbox providers by far! (hmmm,thats a very optimistic goal right guys?)
I haven't got the chance to test any of their seedboxes so far ,but some few reviews i ve found online about them are excellent!
so far so good one may say ,but to be honest i 've never heard their brand name before,and i would feel a whole lot better if you guys shared any experiences you may have about them .
1 last thing , while i was checking some of their plans i tried to click next for some more info and firefox gave me this >>>This Connection is Untrusted

Normally, when you try to connect securely,sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
A few min's later while looking for some answers of the previous firefox message i saw this written on CUtorrent;s site
>>> "To use our secure ordering process, secure seedbox access, secure FTP, and secure client area you must install our CA ROOT certificate into your browser"<<< was written in their home page .
Now the question is ,is it safe or not? Anyone knows more about this to enlighten us?

Please do yourself a favor and AVOID CUtorrent at all costs!
It`s just a bunch of amateurs offering crappy services.

First of all their support sucks big time! It takes ages for them to solve a ticket and they address their clients in a rude manner with attitude.

I have a seed-box from them for two months now and every month during the same exact dates there is an outage of at least 4-5 days. The current one is still going on and nothing has been fixed, no news, no support just bullshit.

They are claiming there is an issue with a motherboard at the data center. Come one!!! 2013 and it takes 4-5 days to fix a motherboard issue?.

When you ask them what is the status and that something like this is unacceptable they just write to you "though guy, why don't you call the data center yourself and have them fix it sooner". This all can be proved with screenshots of the support tickets.

When you open a thread on their support forums they just delete it and hide it under the carpet.


More over they advertise false services which will come in the future bla bla bla, provide dates when the futures will be installed/released but guess what... nothing happens .

Again, just some amateurs trying to do business.


AVOID CUTORRENT! WORST PROVIDER OUT THERE.
