    1Gbps vs 10Gbps vs 20Gbps

For shared seedboxes, do the speed limits apply to the entire shared seedbox as a whole (actual speed quota is the speed limit divided by the number of accounts) or individual accounts?
If the speed limit is applied to individual accounts, does the speed limit really affect downloading? Max I've seen on a single torrent is 150Mbps, so unless you are downloading several torrents at high speeds simultaneously, it is unlikely that you will even hit the speed limit?

The speed is for the entire server. All users will share that line.

The speed you're going to get will depend on many factors. How many users are on the server, how many users are on the same disk, is the disk ssd or hdd, type of cpu, amount of ram, how many torrents is each user uploading/downloading etc. A single user will never see 10Gbps or 20Gbps speed on a shared server.
