I'm about to buy a seed box from pulse, 1Gbps 33.95€/Mo 430Gb Unlimited traffic Unlimited torrents

Anyone have experience with them?

Mate any Reselllers oversell the boxes, so if possible buy direct from ovh

I know the OP is banned but I have a 100Mb box from Pulsed Media. I spoke to the owner on their IRC and he didn't rave about the 1Gbps boxes at all. Which speed seedbox do you have marcius8LL? I went on the IRC asking about possibly upgrading my box (I'm about four months into a 12 month contract) and the bloke on the IRC said to expect a 12-25% speed improvement (i.e. not much) on the 1Gbps boxes vs. the 100Mb ones - which I can easily max 10MB up and down on popular torrent swarms.

It would cost me an extra €15/month to upgrade to 1Gbps but the guy talked me out of it, said the server setup and location of the 1Gbps boxes wasn't going to be a performance increase on my existing box at all. I'd be interested to know your speed/anyone else's experiences on their 1Gbps seedboxes because I'm going to be their customer for the next eight months regardless. If there are good speeds to be had on the 1Gbps seedboxes then I want one lol.

Well a 25% increase would only bring you up to 12.5Mb/s
That's way to much extra for what you get, I just tested a 1Gb/s line on seedmybox and the fastest speed I recorded was 50Mb/s down and 20Mb/s up.

I don't think these guys oversell.

I had used them 2 month ago Speed was alright on popular torrents, interface speed good. but i don't like there file manager unstable. I was never able to FTP a rar file to my home pc and extract it. Came up with errors made a ticket and one guy told me it's on my side try HTTP then when that didn't work i got a different guy telling me not to cause HTTP is bloated, Long story short i never got any movies out of those packs i dl from SCC and wasted hours but i did buffer the account. And for 35eu you got a webwebui interface with a shity file manager and a proxy (only good for surfing) and a rutorrent webui with next to no options.
