    Windows Issue

    Hi, first of all my specs are i7 4771 , 16 GB DDR 3 RAM , Asus GTX 760 , 700 W PSU , 4 TB Internal HDD , 256 GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD , 4 TB WD My Book External , 2x 24" monitors.
Now I am on windows 8.1 and I am forced to install Windows 8.1 but I like Windows 7 more. Thing is whenever I install Windows 7 , my windows gets slow and buggy. For example when I am browsing in Chrome and Firefox, the time I am opening a new tab, it takes like 3-4 seconds to just open the new tab . Tried re-installing dozens of time, still same issue. Also any other application opening gets slow. Video playback gets slow. Whenever I install Windows 7 , I face those problem but I love to use windows 7 .
Now I am on Windows 8.1 , and my uTorrent is bugged as hell. The time when I am adding a new torrent from kickass or any other site , it takes like 5-7 seconds to add that torrent. The busy cursor appears. I am using Kaspersky Antivirus. Is that the reason why I am experiencing slow movements ?
I already checked with SuperAntispyware and everything is clean.
So can anyone tell what is going on ? I am simple confused. I would really like to go back to Windows 7.

    Thanks for your time.

    I don't know but,
    Maybe clean your Cache.

    Give CCleaner a try also.

your issues with win7 are most probably related to your hard disk,I would suggest you to try fresh win7 installation using other HDD
also as i remember there are some software to restore SSD to original state so you can try this too

I always format the SSD completely whenever I install Windows 7.

Check your event viewer system and application logs and filter it based on errors and warnings and see if it gives you any clues
Make sure you have installed ALL the drivers that your system needs
You can download process explorer or use task manager and monitor what process is eating up your resources
Make sure you perform a CLEAN installation of whatever OS you are going to use, avoid upgrading, wipe it clean and put the new OS of your choice on it
Avoid loading up antivirus and all that crap initially you want to first get the system up and running, make sure it runs correctly and then start adding all that other crap
Make sure everything is 64bit that you are installing for better compatibilty and performance
You should be able to figure it out by monitoring task monitor or using something like process explorer. Also the event logs may give you a ton of clues

This sounds like you don't have the Chipset drivers installed properly. Be sure to get them from the motherboard manufacturer's website (and not Windows Update.)
There could also be some faulty hardware if this issue still presists. I got a whole lot of weird issues on my PC when my RAM broke a while ago.
