[Update]: Windows 10 17133 is now available for Slow Ring Insiders, only three days after it was rolled out for Fast Ring PC Insiders. The build is highly likely to the RTM build of the Spring Creators Update.

Microsoft has started releasing Windows 10 Redstone 4 Insider Preview build 17133 to those on the Fast ring. As reported earlier today, build 17133 is highly likely to be the release to manufacturers (RTM) build that is expected to be rolled out to the public on April 10.

Since this is the final build from the Redstone 4 branch, there are no new features as the company has focused on general bug fixes and improvements. Microsoft had already removed the watermark from the preview builds when it released 17128 last week. Here’s everything that has been fixed with Windows 10 Redstone 4 build 17133.

General changes, improvements, and fixes for PC

• We fixed an issue resulting in certain devices with BitLocker enabled unexpectedly booting into BitLocker recovery in recent flights.
• We fixed an issue resulting in not being able to change the display resolution when there were 4 or more monitors connected, due to the confirmation prompt hanging when you selected “Keep changes”.
• We fixed an issue where clicking suggested search terms when typing in the Microsoft Edge URL bar didn’t do anything.

As for the known issues, Microsoft assured that there are currently no known issues in this flight. If it is indeed the RTM build then it will probably be released to the public followed by a cumulative update bringing all the remaining bug fixes and performance improvements.

Microsoft never actually confirms if a certain build is RTM. The company, however, did say “that the watermark at the lower right-hand corner of the desktop has disappeared in Build 17133.” Microsoft added that it is in “the phase of checking in final code to prepare for the final release.” We will know for sure if this is the RTM build if Microsoft promotes it to the Release Preview ring.

So far, it is also unclear what the upcoming Windows 10 version will be called. While we have seen reports and a Microsoft reference indicating to Windows 10 Spring Creators Update, the name isn’t official yet.
