VLC or Media player HC. With the subtitle plugin, VLC is pretty great, it searches for subtitles using the movies Hash, and when that fails, by the name. Always find subs easy with it.

VLC Media player and sometimes SMPlayer I like it because it can remember settings such as playback position, subtitles and volume......
