The Vivaldi team has informed Softpedia about the immediate availability of download and testing of the third and most probably the last Beta build of the upcoming Vivaldi 1.0 web browser.

Vivaldi 1.0 Beta 3 comes packed full of features for the every user, and it brings the final version of the anticipated Chromium-based web browser closer to reality, which is expected to hit the streets this spring, and we will be among the first to take a first-look at its new features.
However, until Vivaldi 1.0 hits final release, all we can do right now is to take a closer look at the new options and functionality that has been implemented in the third Beta build, among which we can mention tab zoom and session load and save, along with some much-needed tab hibernation options.
"Spring is just around the corner so is Vivaldi 1.0," said Tatsuki Tomita, Vivaldi Co-founder. "Since the Beta 2, our primary focus for this release has been on improving performance and stability, as well as polishing the design throughout Vivaldi UI. This includes adding a lot of new settings, as always, and we have also added a few new features."
Vivaldi gets a more polished look Besides the more than welcome session manager implementation, which lets users save and load web browsing sessions, the tab specific zoom functionality that allows you to set a particular zoom level for each tab, as well as the new tab hibernation, tab opening and tab closing options, Vivaldi 1.0 Beta 3 also improves the overall performance and stability of the software.
Moreover, the graphical user interface received some polishing since the previous Beta release, and as you can see from the gallery attached at the end of the article, Vivaldi 1.0 will be a promising new web browser for Linux, Mac, and Windows users.
