Hey guys! I'm looking for some suggestions on video splitters that come with converters. I usually download my videos in .mkv, and like to make gifs in photoshop, to do that i need to split/convert parts that i need with a splitter to mp4 since photoshop doesn't open .mkv.

Ive been using ultra video splitter, but sometimes its very slow and sometimes it fails to split all together. So I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for a pretty fast splitter-converter software? Thanks.
