Good news for Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 owners that purchased their tablets via US Cellular's official retail channels, as the carrier is now rolling out Android 5.0.2 Lollipop update.

The information comes via Samsung's official support website and mentions that the update should rollout to Galaxy Tab S 10.5 beginning today.

Since the update will be delivered OTA (over the air) in waves, it might take some time until it reaches all Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 tablets.

Moving on to changes, Android 5.0.2 Lollipop brings lots of new features and improvements, including Material Design, additional security protection options and more tweaks.

With the new version of Android, Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 owners will be able to share their tablet securely with guest user mode. The update adds the option to create multiple user account, allowing friends to log in on the device.

Also, Android Smart Lock allows users to secure their tablet by pairing it with a trusted device like a wearable or even a car.

Last bu not least, the songs, photos, apps, and recent searches from an Android device can be immediately enjoyed across all of a user's Android devices.
