in my college all torrent related torrent sites including our forum are blocked and also torrent is not downloading please help

There have a range of software for monitoring bittorent traffic, a lot of sites will be blocked and they get a red flag when there's a lot of activity downloading large files I think.

A Seedbox will get you by the first step but if they monitor how much your downloading then your screwed as even when using a Seedbox you will need to FTP files to your Pc.

Rent a cheap Seedbox and give it a shot

there are also ways of accessing sites that are blocked by your college read things on it before just google how to bypass a blocked site....

no money to buy seedbox friend and if i bypass am i get banned in what.cd or something
