Hi people,

just managed to get hold of a torrent leech account for a trade, and for some reason when i go to download a movie into utorrent its goes red and in the tracker info says access denied wait time in effect, any ideas why its doing this?

There's a delay rule for new users. If you haven't downloaded anything yet or your download is less than 4 GB, you can't download torrents that have been on the site for less than 48 hours.

I just joined TL also, that delay is rough...i've been able to cross seed a few but most of the time it you cant really do anything about it.
