I need a video converter mainly to convert different file formats to m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats soi can sync them to my ipod. Need suggestions about a good video converter and if youd be able to provide me with a link id be glad.

I use the following:

(1) ImTOO Video Converter Ultimate 6.5 (Would Rate It as 6/10)
(2) Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate 7 (Would Rate It as 9/10)
