After digging the Windows 10 build 16212 that caused havoc on some PCs and phones, a Twitter user was able to spot 3 new Windows 10 versions. These Windows SKUs are named Windows 10 Pro for Advanced PCs, Windows 10 Pro N for Advanced PCs, and Windows Server 2016 ServerRdsh. Finer details about these versions are missing at the moment but they should be included in the insider builds in upcoming weeks.

Recently, we reported about Microsoft’s faulty push of development builds from the internal branches to the PC and mobile users. Later, Microsoft shared explanations about the same and listed ways to fix the problem.

But, this development build also allowed some enthusiastic Windows 10 users to play with its code and dig deeper. As a result, the Twitter user AndItsTito was able to find three new Windows 10 versions in the Windows 10 build 16212 pkeyconfig.

These three versions are:

  • Windows 10 Pro for Advanced PCs
  • Windows 10 Pro N for Advanced PCs
  • Windows Server 2016 ServerRdsh

In addition to these 3 versions, Microsoft already ships 11 different versions of Windows 10. Out of the 11, the latest release was Windows 10 S.

According to MSPU, the new versions are supposedly targeted towards Education and Enterprise users. Windows 10 Pro for Advanced PCs will probably ship with licensing and optimizations for multi-core PCs with tons of RAM and storage.

On the other hand, N editions are for the European Union countries. The Windows Server 2016 ServerRdsh is for the servers used as Remote Desktop Session Host.

At the moment, the details related to these newly leaked Windows 10 versions are thin. As we’ll get more details about the same, we’ll let you know.
