Microsoft has recently released new updates for the pre-installed Windows 10 apps, and all of them are available through the store on the devices that have already been upgraded to the new OS version.

Redmond’s rolling out new updates for Windows 10 almost daily as part of its new Windows as a Service approach, which brings us patches and improvements when they’re ready, and not at specific dates, and today it’s the turn of Windows Camera and the People app.
Just like before, Microsoft hasn’t provided a change log for these new updates, which should be the first hint that they’re only minor improvements, and no breaking feature is added. But on the other hand, they are very likely to include bug fixes and enhancements to the overall performance of the app, so you should install them anyway.
New history tab for People app The People app has recently received a new history tab on Windows 10 Mobile that allows users to view the past activity with a specific contact, and since it’s a universal app, this update brings it on PCs as well.
“We’ve released an update to the People app that brings back the history feature. For a given contact you communicate with, you can view the interaction, whether by today, yesterday, last week etc. Right now, your Skype messages won’t show up in history yet but we’re working on enabling this in a future update. Also - we’re tracking a bug in which opening an email item in history might not take you to that specific email,” Gabe Aul, head of the Windows Insider program, said a couple of weeks ago, when the history tab was first introduced in Windows 10 Mobile.
As usual, the new app updates are delivered to users through the store, so you can simply get them from there with just a click. In case the updates aren’t showing up for you, click on your avatar, go to Downloads and updates, and hit the option that reads “Check for updates.”
