The Mail and Calendar app has received another set of improvements on Windows 10 PCs, which makes it the third update released this week by Microsoft for computers running its latest operating system.

Mail and Calendar, Office tools, and a few other apps are among the most updated on Windows 10 until now, as part of Microsoft’s new approach to deliver improvements to devices powered by this OS faster than before. And until now, the company has truly delivered on that promise, as updates are shipped to our PCs regularly.
Today, the Mail and Calendar app has received a new batch of improvements, but just like before, no information has been provided, so this probably just another release that’s focused on fixing bugs and enhancing the performance in certain scenarios.
No update on Windows 10 Mobile today Mail and Calendar, which is a universal app, so it’s also available on Windows 10 Mobile, has received today’s update only for the PC version, which is now at version 17.6568.46121.0. Surprisingly, however, the mobile version seems to be newer, as it’s currently at 17.6568.46122.0.
Just as usual, everyone is recommended to get this update as soon as possible, even if no information is available, as it could include fixes for some of the most annoying bugs in the app. The new version can be installed through the store, and in case you’re not seeing it just yet, force-check for updates in the Downloads and updates section.
If the default Windows Store configuration is still being used, Windows 10 automatically downloads and installs new versions of apps that are running on your PC. If this is the case on your computer too, then the latest update might already be there, otherwise you need to get it manually.
To change this default configuration, click on your profile picture in the store, go to settings, and in the app updates section, disable the option that reads “Updates app automatically.”
