Windows insiders expected Microsoft to roll out a new Windows 10 Mobile build this week after holding back the release last week, but it appears that the company has delayed it once again, most likely because of bugs.

Now the launch of a new Windows 10 Mobile build has bigger chances to take place next week, as the company never publishes builds on weekends because of the additional work that needs to be done afterward, when everyone installs it and starts sending feedback.
This is the second week in a row when Microsoft does not provide insiders with a mobile build, as last week the company decided to hold back both the PC and the smartphone version because of what they called “a tricky crash.”
The risks of being an insider This week, however, Microsoft actually shipped PC version 14342, which came with plenty of improvements, some of which were expected to land on mobile devices too.
At the time of the PC build release, the plan was still to bring a mobile version this week too, but it turns out that Microsoft discovered other bugs, and holding it back was the most reasonable decision.
While mobile insiders might feel like they’re left behind since no new build has landed in the last two weeks, Microsoft cannot be blamed for anything this time because, obviously, nobody would want a buggy build that would brick their phones. These are actually the risks of being an insider, but new versions are released only if no major crashes or issues are being discovered before the launch.
The PC release of Windows 10 build 14342 seemed a little bit rushed too, as some insiders got it in Windows Update before Gabe Aul pushing the red button anyway. Shortly after that, the Windows team decided to make it available for everyone, but fortunately, no major bugs have been spotted until now.
