    Get yourself a few exercise balls, exercise workout book, resistance bands, and I've been losing weight steadily since. Got the idea when I was in physical therapy for my knees. Was doing therapy 3 times a week and I noticed after 6 weeks of therapy that my church pants were suddenly 3 inches smaller than they were before. If you have some weights at home, you can use those to make workouts even harder.

    I started running in March this year(2017), lost around 10kgs to date (Aug 2017). Started with 700m and can now do 10km's ;-)
