Agreed. I started working out about 7 years ago and have been pretty consistent with it (2 weeks off for holidays here and there, but in general I always go 4+ times per week) but it has never been easy for me! I've gotten much stronger and more 'used to it', but I've found if I challenge myself when working out and give as much effort as possible, my muscles are sore most of the time but I do feel and look better than I used to, I've also found it easier to do mountain biking and playing tennis etc.

Get access to a good gym and read up on basic training and nutrition at a site like T-Nation and good luck!

Being on the computer for about 12 hours a day I feel like good ergonomics is a must.
    I been following:

Also working out at the gym/home 4 times a week really helps with my energy level. I don't feel as tired being on the computer all day.

Good tips and I also would like to add that a visit to the GYM regularly and eating healthy food alongside good sleep/rest would do wonders to your overall physical strength and body posture including keeping your body active which is very important for any healthy individual.

Just go for a walk in the park for a few hours every morning, take your mobile device with you and hope for a open wi-fi connection.
