Given what you have told me: If they did not ban your ISP assigned IPv4 address, it sounds like they are banning by NIC MAC address. It would be pretty critical to recall if you were able to register on a new computer on the same IP at the new house. But, thinking about it, the chances of you receiving the exact same IP when you moved, are pretty low.

Your ISP modem will assign a public IP to your router. It's the router's MAC address that is tied to the IP. Basically you need to login the web interface and "clone" the MAC address of your computer onto the router. Then reboot your router and boom. New MAC means new IP. Wait a few weeks and turn the MAC cloning off. By this time your DHCP lease will have expired and you'll get yet another new IP. Hope this helps!

thats seems deep Gaius, seems also like it could do the trick, is there a link that shows step by step how to do this?

to thomsen2801: ok so i have cleaned all my cookies and logs and all that, so now if i try to register an account there even though they told me that the IP is banned, i can do that? Or it's just gonna count for a different IP now since my IP is banned,

Sounds complicated but take about 15 seconds. Just do a google search for " router MAC clone" and it should get you started.

thanks alot gaius is there any problems i could come across doing this or do i just click clone mac turn everything off and back on n thats it? is there anyway it would change back? eg if i restarted my router and comp? dont want it to change back then i login and get banned from places lol

mr toyo taco they cant ban me by mac because they cant get my mac (i dont think its possible) but when i connect to net my isp sees my mac they then assign me the ip that is linked with that mac (unless the lease has expired AND the ip has been taking which in my case would take weeks)

sallomsalice i think thomsen is right i was once banned at tl couldnt access the site at all not even to read rules i got a white screen wit lil box saying ip banned i cleared cookies and got instant access to the site ( of coarse my acc was still disabled lol) this helps much appreciated guys. thanks.

To my knowledge, that isn't "cloning". All you are doing is tricking Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol to assign you a new IP address. This may or may not work. This can be done through your router admin page as well. Check out the link I posted. Also, the MAC address is assigned to the modem not the router. If you have a modem/router combo purchased from your ISP then this holds true.

Like I said before, if you can find out what exactly the specific site bans you by.. Then the instruction to fix it or get around it could be a lot simpler.
