    hdd fail

    dont you just love it when your main hard drive dies and at the same time for no apparent reason ur second (backup) hdd fails lost everything 500gb of bk up loads of stuff that i wouldnt even like to think about losing before has been lost lol so i went n bought 3 hdds and im keeping inportant stuff on all 3 from now on and 1 will not be staying in my comp it will be monthly bk up n straight bk out.

    I think you can also get a internet drive as a backup. It will be an alternative for extra protection

    i just use 3 hdds 2 in comp 1 spare in cupboard for important bk ups and also humyo online storage you get like 10gb free.

    Damn that sucks, especially if you have stuff you've paid for on there. I was thinking about using online backup in addition to my hard drives, but I'm not sure how secure that would be.
