My ISP is after me! Aghhhh. Not really. But they did send me a letter about usage. Can you believe that the "normal monthly usage" for my area is 43gb UP AND DOWN for ONE MONTH?? I was like pshhhhh. I can do that in one day! So last month my total usage was like 202.55gb almost 5 times over the "normal monthly usage."

Do any of yall get these stupid letters? What do yall think is a clever way to get them to believe I am doing something besides torrenting??

mmmm no i have never recieved any of these letters and im sure my ips know what im up to aswell lol, i did read somewhere that people got warning letters for downloading pirated movies etc x

it happened with me before.
they limit my download at 700 GB and if i exceed they lower my speed to 64 KB till the end of month.
i finished my limit after a week and they lower my speed sp i left this piece of shit and move to another ISP.

Today it was announced on CNN that over 50,000 Bit Torrent users are being sued for downloading.

You know whats funny? One of my fraternity brothers at my fraternity downloaded that on our fraternity house internet connection and we got a court ordered affadafit for "The Hurt Locker". That is what you are talking about.

my limit is 1tb, then shaped to 512k. i have never heard of such a letter/email
