Hi Guys

How do you see how much you have uploaded and downloaded in deluge as in rtorrent it would show down the bottom but not seeing it anywhere in deluge

It's the same with deluge, under the status tab. First select/highlight which torrent you want to view then look down at the bottom

no i mean overall...as in what i have downloaded and uploaded throughout the whole day on everything not just the one torrent

If your client doesnt show the stats you can setup certain parameters in IPTables for that, provided you have root/sudo access to your box.
