I use filezilla free and maxes out my broadband speeds next best 1 for me is smart ftp! For making it go faster im not to sure as its your broadband speed download wise against the server speed so if its maxed out then you will only get slower speeds as loads are upping on the seedboxes on the server!

    Kizzer,

CuteFTP is one of the fastest. The speeds will depend upon your upload speed and the download speed of the server.
You could also try any other FTP client but I dont think that would make much of a difference.
