Guys can you pls tell me the private trackers which are safe to cross seed.

I can be wrong...but cross seeding is not forbidden anywhere, is nothing bad, you are just "sharing to the community" something you already have.. but as I said, maybe someone more expert will say something different..

Well actually on BitMeTv you download tv series avi or mkv format, on TL you find the rar files... so you can download from TL, extract the files and you get the video that can be seeded on bitmetv, but you can't do the other way round..correct me if I'm wrong

Errrrr, everywhere? No tracker forbids cross-seeding (how the h... are they gonna know that you're cross-seeding anyway? ).
