OVERHEATING is a great problem which computer users face mostly and of which they have little or no idea about it. It occurs when a Computer exceeds its normal range of heat production. It is a problem that is hyped to be common with AMD motherboard.
Computers hate HEAT and that is why Computers are designed in such a way that heat can be expelled and allow for proper air circulation.

CAUSES OF HEATING
1.BAD COMPUTER COOLING SYSTEM/FAN
cooler
Bad cooling system/fan of a PC is the main factor that cause overheating because it makes the PC not to give way for good air circulation. Inside of the case of a laptop collects dust and other debris from the surroundings through the blowing fan component, which if left uncleaned, this can force the fan and other parts to overwork, thereby leading to overheating

2. OVERCLOCKING
Simply put, overclocking means setting your CPU and memory to run at speeds higher than their standard speed grade.

3. LOCATION
Poorly ventilated rooms or ones that receive minimal climate control are unfriendly computer environments,. A computer that has direct face to sunlight and any other heat sources, records increase its temperature. So therefore keep your computer away from windows, other heat sources.

4. Operating Systems & Installed Softwares
Installing a non suitable operating system on a computer which configuration doesn't support may cause overheating. Also using software that demands high graphics memory on a computer with a low VRAM (video graphic memory) also leads to overheating.

5. AGED COMPUTER COMPONENTS
overheating can occur due to aged computer components, the components work less efficiently and can overheat.
bluescreen1 crashes

SIGNS OF OVER HEATING
1) When your PC shuts down for no reason, it could be as a result of overheating
2) Blue screen crashes, and freezes (especially while doing something demanding high performance of the PC, like playing PC games , encoding video, 3D designs e.t.c)

PREVENTIVE MEASURES
You don’t have to put your PC in the refrigerator to cool it down because it overheats. You just have to take this few steps:

1. USAGE OF PROCESSOR TEMP MONITORING SOFTWARES
Using temperature monitoring app by checking the processors temp from time to time. Softwares like Core temp, Speed fan, HWMonitor (I will like to suggest Core temp because it gives accurate temp and can also be set to shutdown/ hibernate PC when its temp has reach the maximum level) e.t.c

2. SERVICING
Overheating can be prevented by regular servicing of your PC of cause by a professional like (favoured system service) to remove accumulated dust from your pc. It all depends on the usage and the environment. maybe like once in six month for both.

3. COOLING PAD
Making use of cooling pad.Especially for AMD

4. PC POSITIONING
We can also prevent overheating through the way we position our PC You don't place on bed but on flat and hard surface, and if possible place something to raise the laptop up a bit from the rear position.

5. UNSUITABLE SOFTWARES
Avoid using softwares that demands high resolution graphics quality (high VRAM Requirement) on a system that doesn't have the required VRAM to run the program.
