Heads up, Newegg shoppers. Newegg recently announced that its website was infected by malware from August 14 through September 19. It's not clear what information was stolen, or how many customers are affected, but the online retailer says it will publish a FAQ for its customers this Friday. In the meantime, if you purchased something from Newegg recently, now is a good time to check your credit card statement and/or change your passwords.
