Craigslist sometimes feels like the origin of all scams. When you're searching for a place to live, you can use Google's reverse image search to make it easier dealing with patient zero.

If you've found a place that looks good, you want to make sure the images you're looking at are the real deal. In a reverse image search, you start with an image instead of keywords. You can right-click on the image you're checking, copy its URL and paste in the box at images.google.com.

Hopefully, you find that the image is really of the home the advertiser is describing. If you're using Google Chrome, it's even easier because you can right-click on most images and do the search right then and there. Just another clever use for reverse image searching.
