there are rules in some private trackers ,that the registered member should not download their torrents and upload them to other trackers ! Users doing it will be banned etc. But they allow it if you upload to another tracker your own torrent ! Does that mean ,that the downloaded torrent can be uploaded to another tracker without be seen as if it was the trackers where you downloaded it from ? If yes ,how can that be ?...anyone who 'd like to help in that ,is very welcome ! Cheers! (by the way ..i wanna upload torrents from one tracker to another for ratio reasons ,and i m afraid of being caught ...if there is some way they can check this out !)

When they say you cannot share the torrent file they mean the torrent file that you download from the tracker. That torrent file contains details about the tracker. You can download the files to your computer and create a new torrent and then upload it to some other tracker.

That applies to exclusive releases only. Others can be shared. All they want you to do is not put your torrent file (That you download form the primary site) on any other site. So you can download content to your computer create a new torrent file and upload it to the secondary site you want to upload on.
