Do they work in MPC-HC ? I had all these lines and nasty video issues going on. Did I maybe download a bad video file or does 10bit have requirements?

10bit video files require more power to play... try playing 10bit 720p files., 1080p files PM me if u need sources.

They should work with MPC-HC...also you can try the last version of VLC,but MPC-HC should be fine...If they won't work they may be bad video files

it should work, if not, it can depend on your PC (i never had probelems, so i can't say much) - the MPC-HC is also included in this pack.
in case it still doesn't work i would try to update other drivers, run dxwebsetup and install latest vcredist, but i don't really think it will change much, the pack should already inlcude all you need.
