As we know a few months ago someone hacked the ps3 and put the dump files online, now they have finally done the best. The new mod chip is a usb adapter that plugs right in the front of your PS3 making it capable of copying games to the internal or external HDD. This also allows you to play homebrew games or what ever else you like that is homebrew. No word yet if the PS3 will copy downloaded/ripped and burnt games but one can only hope so since they will now be ripped from the PS3 with out the linux OS. TL and SCC is the first site to upload a PS3 game packs and soon you should see all the gaming sites adapting a PS3 section for a whole mess of uploads. Some where there is a scene server with an ass load of PS3 games just sitting and waiting for this day to come, well its here. There are various youtube trailors you can check out to see how this bad boy works but the best thing is you don't have to crack open your case and void the warranty yet no one knows how well this is going to work once the PS3 is updated and if you will regularly get updates for the USB stick every time PS3 updates it OS. I know one thing for sure, I am hoping this USB stick can be hacked and pirated as well as the games

It looks to be for real and it ozmodchips and selling then I expect it to be legit. No I don't own a PS3 though this might be the time to buy it definitely waiting for upcoming updates and responses on the future of this tool whether online play will be enabled for this and what PS3 is going to do about it. The main reason for removing the OS support was because they were ripping the games with linux, now that there is a new tool for it what will be there actions towards a major version upgrade?

Has there been any further update on this? I have heard that many bogus claims over the last few years re this I am always skeptical. Has anyone purchased and succesfully used one of these?
