i am having a gigabyte M61PME-S2P motherboard....in the box it says am2+ ready....but some says it supports only am2.....and am having a am2 dualcore processor.......so what am asking is,can i put an am2+ processor in my motherboard.....here in this link:

so if i put an am2+ or am3 processor will it really effect the performance of the pc...bcoz it says the the system bus speed will downgrade....

so....two questions.....
1.will it support an am2+ or am3 cpu????
2.if yes, will it reduce the performance of the pc(because it says the system bus speed will downgrade)???? if it downgrades will i be able to play 1080p videos.....because playing full hd videos in an am2 dualcore processor is hopeless!!!!!!

my pc specs:
amd athlon x2 5200+
1.2 gb ram
nvidia 8400gs

with these things i wont be able play 1080p videos,so....pls help.....just answer those two questions.....plsssss........i tried "yahoo answers"...but no one is answering.....
