PC vs Console?

I would definitely have to say PC wins, you are able to use a controller if you feel like it and honestly you can not compare sensitivity to a mouse.

Both. Why?
Console for exclusives, and JRPGs mainly
PC for strat games like civ v and other graphically intensive games
