NHL 15 cover athlete vote narrowed down to P.K. Subban and Patrice Bergeron


Montreal Canadiens defenseman P.K. Subban and Boston Bruins center Patrice Bergeron are the finalists in this year's EA Sports NHL cover vote. The two are vying for a chance to appear on NHL 15, due out later this year across Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4.

The Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins are two of the "Original Six" NHL teams and are major rivals. The Canadiens have the upper-hand of late, as they defeated the Bruins in the second round of the 2014 NHL playoffs just last month.

The winner, based on fan voting at NHL.com/CoverVote, will be revealed during the 2014 NHL Awards in Las Vegas on June 24. Voting closes June 1 at 11:59 p.m. EDT, and you can earn double voting power by using the hashtags #NHL15Subban or #NHL15Bergeron when voting on "Twitter Vote Thursdays."

NHL 15 launches this fall. The Xbox One/PS4 version features a number of gameplay systems and improvements not found in the Xbox 360/PS4 version.
