Here’s a new, action-packed Far Cry 5 trailer for you.

Ubisoft released a new Far Cry 5 trailer today dubbed ‘The Resistance’ which shows all sorts of things, really.

In Far Cry 5, players will recruit residents of Hope County to fight against Eden’s Gate. The more the player liberates a section of the county, the more allies they will gain.

Here’s what to expect from these folks, going by the trailer alone: lots of stabbing, arrows to the neck, knives to the neck, shootings, explosions, the use of rocket launchers, giving folks the one-fingered welcome, and trained, pet mountain lions and bears.

Yes. A mountain lion and a bear for pets, and trained to attack on command. Awesome. Love the collars they’re sporting too.



It’s a Far Cry game, so expect plenty of crazy and randomness. Can’t wait honestly.

Originally set for release on February 27, Far Cry 5 will now arrive on March 27 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

Looks awesome, but I hope we can finally skip cinematics. That's so annoying in Farcry 4.
