Bungie confirms that it's going to be present at E3 2015 later this month with a teaser announcement about the future of its Destiny multiplayer shooter, probably about the next expansion, which is rumored to be called The Taken King.

Destiny launched back in September of last year across the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One platforms all around the world. Since then, it's received a myriad of free updates from developer Bungie, not to mention two major expansions, in the form of The Dark Below and House of Wolves.

In between sharing news about other upcoming patches, Bungie mentions on its blog that some of its employees will be present at E3 2015 later this month in order to tease some upcoming things for Destiny.

While the studio hasn't shared any other details, it's quite possible that Bungie will confirm some details about the next expansion for Destiny, which is called The Taken King, at least according to multiple rumors.

Bungie hasn't said during which press conference it will talk about Destiny, although given Activision's partnership with Sony in regards to exclusive Destiny DLC, it's quite likely that the studio will come on stage at the Sony press briefing on June 15.
