Huge changes are coming to Call of Duty: Warzone’s map with the launch of Season 5, according to a new report. Map changes for the popular battle royale have been rumored for a while, but they’ve yet to be given a release date or even confirmed by publisher Activision.

Currently in its fourth season, Warzone has been a hit so far for Activision. After launching in March, Warzone has received a steady stream of updates delivering new content from game modes to weapons along with smaller tweaks to the game. A leak in June revealed a big change on the horizon in the form of a 200-player mode, which was quickly confirmed and then launched at the end of the month. The change added more credibility to the idea that Activision would soon give players access to a new section of the map.

If rumors are true, players will soon have ample space to explore even with the increased population, when the stadium on Warzone’s map opens its doors. According to VGC, that’s set to happen in August with the debut of Season 5. Along with the stadium, the site says Warzone will also add a train full of loot constantly circling the action, much like the one currently found in Apex Legends. According to VGC, Warzone could also take a cue from another mega-popular battle royale and kick off the unveiling of its map updates with an in-game event like the ones common to Fortnite, which in this case could involve the detonation of a nuclear bomb.

Along with being the single biggest change to Warzone since its launch, all the fanfare of the big map change could also be tied in to the next entry in the franchise. According to VGC, the next season of Warzone could start to tie it to the previously leaked Black Ops: Cold War. One of Warzone’s earliest mysteries, its hidden bunkers, led to a secret area that contained what’s assumed to be a teaser for the next Black Ops game. Warzone will reportedly tie in to the next game, getting content from Black Ops: Cold War once it’s released.

The opening of Call of Duty: Warzone’s stadium has been the subject of so many leaks now, it’s a question of when, not if, it will open up to players. The way things look now, Warzone’s anticipated map change is just the start of something much bigger and possibly more exciting for the Call of Duty franchise.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
