The development team at EA Sports has already offered a lot of information about Madden NFL 16, but until now the studio has not talked about the Skill Trainer experience, which is important, given the complexity of the mechanics of the American football experience.

Gamers will be able to get access to 60 tutorials and drills, all of them designed to teach the community how to get the most value out of the title.

EA Sports explains in the official announcement that initially gamers will learn about player positions and then will be run through details about running, passing, defense play and special teams.

The studio adds, "Skills Trainer also allows players to learn and practice different ballcarrier moves. The more reps players get, the more comfortable it becomes with the ball in your hands. Skills Trainer helps players learn all of the new passing, catching, and coverage mechanics revealed with Air Supremacy."

The Skill Trainer in Madden NFL 16 also has a focus on run plays and the way they can be called and executed.

Gauntlet is also part of the EA Sports title, with the company revealing that under 200 people managed to get through all the 40 levels in the previous installment.

Extra life challenge is new for Madden NFL 16, appearing at random to allow gamers to be better prepared for the tougher later challenges.
EA Sports adds realism, complexity

The biggest problem with Madden NFL 16 is that, in its quest for increased realism, the game tends to become a little too complex, even for those who have played for a few years but are not obsessed with the way the sport is evolving.

Odell Beckham Jr. from the New York Giants is on the cover of the title, and the action is focused on the air supremacy that often determined the course of a game.

EA Sports is also introducing improved physics for both the players and the ball and making sure that realistic gang tackles can happen.

The graphics of the simulation are also upgraded, with a bigger focus on the unique elements that define each team and their fans.

Madden NFL 16 will be out on August 25 and can be played on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4, with older devices getting Legacy versions that will lack some features.
