Halo 5: Guardians Launch Trailer revealed

Halo 5: Guardians is merely days away from its official release, and with the game going gold a couple of days back, now is the right time for 343 Industries to reveal the game’s much anticipated launch trailer. The developer did just that today.

The trailer features music from English rock band Muse. But more importantly, it showcases the game’s predominant theme. Master Chief, who was once a legendary hero, is now being hunted by ONI’s agent Locke. With Locke on Chief’s trail, players will assume the role of both characters in their respective campaigns.

To aid him in this conflict, the Master Chief has the Blue Team on his side. Meanwhile, Locke has a squad of his own named Osiris. How things will go down between the two is anyone’s guess, but the launch trailer certainly has got us more excited for Halo 5: Guardians.

A word of caution, however. If you’re looking forward to experiencing Halo 5: Guardians’ storyline for yourself when you play the game, be sure to avoid spoilers until you get your hands on a copy, as the game has seemingly leaked into the hands of a lucky few. As with most leaks, gameplay videos and spoilers eventually make their way onto the internet.
