The development team working on the Online side of Grand Theft Auto V is announcing that it plans to introduce a wide array of new rewards for gamers who are interested in taking part in the older Versus missions that are featured in the video game.

According to the official Rockstar Newswire, from now to March 10 gamers will be able to receive double in-game currency and RP regardless of whether they win or lose, and extra rewards are also offered for gamers who fly under bridges and complete light lessons in the Freemode.
In order to give players of GTA Online some extra firepower, the developer is also introducing a 50 percent price cut for flights suits and caps, a 30% one for homing missile launcher and the ammo for them and a cut of a quarter of the original price for combat choppers, private jets and automatic rifles.
Because a high number of missions are featured in the new double RP and currency promotion the official playlist that's revealed when running the game will be upgraded over the course of the week.
Rockstar is also planning to run a Twitch stream later in the day, at 5 PM Eastern, to show players some action from the Versus modes, featuring some quests from the GTA V community.
The open world title might get a single-player DLC this year Rockstar has kept up a very solid pace of content delivery for the Online mode during the past few months, and the studio seems to have settled into a routine of delivering a new mode or other interesting content about once per month.
At the same time, the company is running events and promotions every week to keep players engaged with the game, which in turn makes them more likely to pay to fund the creation of future DLC packs.
Rumors that originated in late 2015 suggested that GTA V might get an official announcement about single-player downloadable content and a launch before the end of this year.
Sources are saying that players will get access to an entirely new character as well as extra locations to visit around Los Santos as they explore a unique narrative thread.
GTA V has been very successful on all the platforms on which it was launched, but actual new content is only being introduced on the PC, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
