Gameplay is the most important. But recent games like MGS5 and The Witcher 3 have great gameplay and great graphics, so best of the both worlds!

Graphics might be nice, but when you get to experience the gripping nature of solid gameplay that makes hours feel like minutes you then find the wonder in a videogame.
