Both of course, I'm not a gamer anymore, I just play CS 1.6 respawn servers from time to time, but when I played games back in high school the story of the game and the gameplay were the things that helped deciding if it's worth playing the game or not.

Game with good graphics might have good gameplay butthe game with poor gameplay there is a good chance it will have poor graphics

I mean the gameplay matters too, a game without some great gameplay sucks but still seeing the physx and all the effects the game can bring is sick.
-
is difficilt to decide but i think that in a real survival situation where life depends on video game it will be much esier

In my opinion graphics. For example, take a game like Rage... It has beautiful graphics yet mediocre gameplay. I just can't get enough of the fluid visuals.
-
Gameplay is important too, but I dont think so I could play a game with bad Graphics..
-
i'd say graphics for single player and gameplay for multiplayer.
-
There is a point where the graphics archieve a decent level and only gameplay should be improved

I think anyone that lived in the age of 1980s as a child would say GamePlay. We're coming from the days where we played Kick Off and Sensible Soccer in Amiga 500. However that atmoshpere in the old games with nice gameplay&stories are much valuable to me. Is not that the reason there are still atari saloons in game centers? People love the gameplays instead of the graphics.. This is just my humble opinion :)
