Final Fantasy IX is available now on iOS and Android devices. Square Enix's beloved Japanese role-playing game released on the original PlayStation back in 2000, selling over five million copies since its launch.

The game will sell for $17 on both platforms, with a 20 percent off from February 10 to February 21. The Android game will take up "around 4GB of memory," with 8GB of free space required just to download. Apple lists Final Fantasy's size at 2.01 GB, and compatible with iOS 7.0 or later.

As listed on the Google Play store, Final Fantasy IX for mobile brings "achievements;" "seven game boosters," like "high speed and no encounter modes;" autosave; and "high-definition movies and character models."

No word yet on when Final Fantasy IX will get its Steam release, though its Steam page currently lists it at early 2016. The enhanced port for Steam will include achievements, auto-save, and Steam trading cards.
