Fallout 76 is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 14, but there will be more beta tests before launch day. Bethesda announced the next round of beta dates and times, including the first rounds on PS4 and PC. Additionally, Pete Hines confirmed there will be no dog companions in the game, at least at launch.
