The development team at Bethesda is so satisfied with the performance of and the experience offered by Fallout 4 that it plans to expand it with a range of downloadable content all through 2016, the first of which is called Automatron and is set to be launched on March 22.

Gamers will be able to pick it up on the PC, the Xbox One from Microsoft and the PlayStation 4 from Sony and a new trailer and some screenshots offer fans a look at the robots that gamers will have to battle and the way they will be able to create their own powerful mechanical companion.
The Achievements associated with the DLC show that players will have to go through three major quests that focus on fighting against robots that the Mechanist is letting loose across the Commonwealth to cause panic.
Automatron will be sold for 9.99 dollars or Euro and a Season Pass is at the moment offered for Fallout 4 that will give players access to all the extra content that will be launched for the game.
Bethesda has said that in April gamers will be able to pick up a Wasteland Workshop DLC, which allows players to use extra options to put together settlements and to organize fights against creatures, and the Creation Kit for the game will also arrive to make it easier to put together extensive mods.
Far Harbor is expanding the story of Fallout 4 in May The last of the announced DLC deliveries will be the only one to introduce an entirely new area, an island off the coast of the city that is home to a range of factions and new quests.
Fans of Fallout 4 will be able to travel there with Nick Valentine to deal with a range of new enemies and see how the nuclear war and the recent changes that they made to the Commonwealth are affecting characters.
Presumably an announcement about the other pieces of DLC that are coming to the open world title will be made before the end of summer, and at least one will arrive before the end of 2016.
Bethesda has recently announced that it is working on three major new titles but that it does not plan to make an official announcement about their mechanics or story anytime soon.
Fallout 4 has sold well enough to get an extensive range of new content, especially if the community is interested in the ideas that power the DLC.
