Although the company didn't announce many new games, Sony still rocked its E3 2018 press conference. Players were treated to yet another Kingdom Hearts 3 trailer as well as additional announcements for Call of Duty Black Ops 4 and Destiny 2. The true stars of the conference were the first looks at the gameplay for Ghost of Tsushima, The Last of Us Part II, and Death Stranding. The Spider-Man trailer's coverage of the wall crawlers new Sinister Six wasn't too bad either.

On top of that, Sony revealed three new games, a remake of a classic, and a surprise sequel. See all of the trailers below, and for more details on all of E3's press conference, check out our E3 2018 hub.

Call of Duty Black Ops 4

We already knew that Call of Duty Black Ops 4 was getting four of the maps from Black Ops 3. Sony gave us a closer look at what those four maps will look like in glorious HD.

Control

Developers of Quantum Break returned to deliver a game with a very similar looking aesthetic and set of mechanics. The trailer depicts the game's protagonist, Jesse Faden, using time-bending powers to fights against supernatural enemies.

Death Stranding

Death Stranding just looks stranger and stranger with each additional trailer. Death Stranding's E3 presentation was no different, but offered a first look at how this gorgeously creepy game will play out.

Deracine

From From Software comes Deracine, a surreal-looking PlayStation VR game. The trailer doesn't offer too much information in regards to gameplay, but its use of stillness and lighting creates an uncanny atmosphere.

Destiny 2

Forsaken is scheduled to be Destiny 2's first major story expansion. The trailer depicts the gruesome death of Cayde-6, which acts as the catalyst for the DLC's narrative. Only time will tell if Forsaken will do for Destiny 2 what The Taken King expansion did for the original title.

Ghost of Tsushima

Our first look at Ghost of Tsuchima's gameplay was not a disappointment. Tsuchima's protagonist deals with enemies with a controlled ferocity against a background of falling petals and smoky skies. Everything looks like it was ripped directly from an old feudal Japan drama.

Last of Us Part II

The Last of Us Part II had one of the most violent and gruesome game trailers from the Sony press conference. Half of the trailer is devoted to Ellie's blooming romantic relationship with a fellow survivor, while the other half focuses on Ellie's struggle to survive against a cult of soldiers who fervently want her dead.

Nioh 2

An announcement trailer for Nioh 2 was a welcome surprise. We gave last year's Nioh a 9/10 in our review. More chances to play through a samurai-influenced variation of the Dark Souls formula sounds good to us.

Resident Evil 2 Remake

The HD remake of the original Resident Evil broke records for Capcom, and for good reason. We're excited to play the remake of Resident Evil 2, and the trailer for the game went a long way in reaffirming just how creepy this franchise can be.

Spider-Man

Spidey swung into action against several members of his rogue gallery in the new Spider-Man gameplay trailer. Electro, Rhino, Scorpion, and Vulture's new looks are all incredible, and seeing Spider-Man take on all four at once was an amazing sight.

Trover Saves the Universe

From the minds of Rick and Morty, comes Trover Saves The Universe. The trailer depicts an action platformer that's full of the dark sarcasm that's present throughout Rick and Morty's adventures.
