Nintendo Network will be down for maintenance across 3DS and Wii U today, February 3, from 4:50pm to 6:30pm PT.

According to Nintendo's maintenance schedule, the downtime is for Super Smash Bros., so be on the lookout for Corrin and Bayonetta's arrival once the network is back up.

Original Story: Bayonetta and Corrin will join the roster of playable fighters in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS on February 3.

Nintendo announced the release date in a post on Twitter, confirming both characters will be available in the afternoon. In a subsequent post, the company revealed the sixth wave of Mii Fighter costumes will launch at that time as well.

Bayonetta and Corrin were announced as the game's final two DLC characters last month, the former of which was the overall top choice in the Smash Bros. character poll.

Bayonetta and the new Umbra Clock Tower stage will be available for $6 for either 3DS or Wii U, or for $7 as a bundle for both systems. Meanwhile, Corrin will cost $5 individually, or $6 for both platforms.
