There will be a Veronica Mars reunion on an upcoming episode of CW's iZombie — well, sort of. Kristen Bell is lending her voice to the eleventh episode of the second season: "Fifty Shades of Grey Matter." EW broke the news, noting the episode will air on January 26, though it hasn't been announced exactly how her voice will be involved.

However, we do know a little about the episode. Liv, played by Rose McIver, eats the brain of a young librarian who's also an erotic fiction writer.

You can thank iZombie creator Rob Thomas for Bell's voice cameo, as the two worked together when Bell starred in Veronica Mars, which he also created. Bell isn't the first actor Thomas has brought to the CW show's set, as EW notes that Veronica alums Ryan Hansen, David Starzyk, Adam Rose, Daran Norris and Percy Daggs II have also made appearances on the show so far.

Bell has plenty of experience with vocal performances, having narrated Gossip Girl for that show's six-year run and starring in Frozen as the voice of Anna.
