Director Patty Jenkins’ superhero extravaganza Wonder Woman has crossed the $300 million mark at the domestic box office. It’s been an exciting month for Wonder Woman. After the character’s supporting turn in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice in 2016, she finally made her big screen solo debut in early June.

Starring Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince, the film was a smash out of the gate, pulling in more than $100 million domestically and $223 million globally in its opening weekend. On top of that, the film marked the best opening weekend of all-time for a female director for Jenkins.

After two weeks as the No. 1 movie in North America, Wonder Woman yielded the box office championship to Cars 3 last weekend — but had plenty of steam to power past the $300 million this week. According to Deadline, Wonder Woman made $7.3 million domestically on Friday to achieve its latest milestone, and when ticket sales are tallied Sunday, it is expected to end the weekend with more than $319 million in its coffers.
