Ethan Hunt is back. It might be a little difficult to remember that, what with Avengers: Age of Ultron and Star Wars: The Force Awakens stealing most of the spotlight this year. But he is, and this time he’s being hunted by the most dangerous and mysterious threat. The latest Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation TV spot has landed online to give us some brief intel.

Though only 30 seconds in length, our new look at M:I 5 is chock full of action and intrigue. As we learned from the first official trailer, Hunt is tracking the Syndicate, which is essentially an anti-IMF. These guys are just as trained and just as organized as IMF, perhaps even more so, but their ultimate goal is to take out Tom Cruise’s Hunt and his team. Hunt calls them the Rogue Nation, which, hey, is the name of the movie!

While all of this is going on, in comes Alec Baldwin’s CIA boss character wanting to shut down IMF for good.

As he says in the full-length trailer, they are "uniquely trained and highly motivated," but "it is an agency of chaos."

He, too, wants to find Hunt, but that’s gonna be a problem when the guy is hanging off of an airplane mid liftoff.

It’s funny how the CIA wants to do away with this team of the most highly skilled agents in the world at a time when they are the only ones who (a) know about the Syndicate and (b) are the only ones qualified to bring them down, if they even can.

As Rebecca Ferguson’s Ilsa says, "it’s impossible." Little does she know that impossible missions are Hunt’s bread and butter.

This new Mission: Impossible clip doesn’t flaunt that much new footage, but it does highlight the more important moments of the film and featuring The Fugees’ song "Ready Or Not," a spellbinding number enhanced by the imagery of the footage. Here's the song in its entirety.

Jeremy Renner returns as William Brandt, he reprises his role of Hawkeye in Age of Ultron this weekend. In addition, Simon Pegg is back as Benji Dunn and Ving Rhames reprises Luther Stickell for the action-heavy sequel.

Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation comes out in theaters on July 31.
